Introduction
Efgafor Market is a full-scale B2B marketplace platform designed to support complex business operations, vendor management, product listings, and enterprise-level transactions. Unlike traditional websites, this project is a complete business ecosystem built using a microservices architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and long-term maintainability.
The platform serves multiple stakeholders, handling large volumes of data, secure transactions, and service-to-service communication. My contribution focused on building and improving critical system components, ensuring smooth interaction between frontend applications and backend services while maintaining performance and reliability.
Challenge
Building a B2B marketplace comes with challenges far beyond a standard web application. The system needed to:
1.Handle complex business logic and workflows
2. Scale individual services independently
3. Maintain clear separation between business domains
4. Ensure secure and reliable communication between services
5. Support future expansion without architectural rewrites
Managing these requirements while keeping the system stable in production required careful architectural decisions and disciplined development practices.
Approach
The platform was developed using a microservices-first approach, where each core business capability was isolated into its own service. This allowed independent development, deployment, and scaling of features without impacting the entire system.
I worked on integrating backend services with frontend applications, improving API reliability, and ensuring that data flow between services remained consistent and secure. Emphasis was placed on clean service boundaries, API contracts, and maintainable code structures to support long-term growth.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable.
